David B. Carter
Broadly, his research is in the field of international relations, with a focus on conflict. More specifically, his research explores territoriality and conflict, the role that violent non-state actors such as terrorist and insurgent groups play in international relations, and the use of foreign aid as a policy tool, among other topics.
